The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma ("Nation") is requesting proposals from a qualified firm to provide a
full range of legal services.

Selection of the firm will be based on responsiveness, experience, qualifications, and cost.

Proposals are due on or before the 29th day of November, 2021, at 12:00 pm CST. Faxed or e-mailed
proposals will NOT be accepted. Absolutely no exceptions shall be made for proposals not received by
the appointed time. The Seminole Nation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
Indian Preference and other Federal preferences will be exercised.
