ARPA SANITATION FACILITIES SERVICE

On April 9, 2022, the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma General Council approved TR 2022-20, which approved a portion of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to be used for remediation, renovation, and, in some cases, installation of individual sanitation facilities at Seminole Tribal member residents. The funding is available to Seminole tribal members residing in and out of Seminole County, Oklahoma. Services are needs based.

Applications will be accepted by mail, fax, or turned in at the front desk of the complex or complex drop box.
