TRANSIT PROGRAMMission Statement
The Mission of the Seminole Nation Public Transit is to provide safe, reliable transportation to all citizens of Seminole County. We dedicate ourselves to serve with pleasant attitudes consistent with our stewardship of the Nation's trust and resources.
The Vision of the Seminole Nation Public Transit is to continue to assist the citizens of Seminole County with access to employment, healthcare nutrition and education. We strive to be recognized as a primary contributor to the quality of life and happiness of our passengers, our tribal people, and our employees.
How to schedule a ride
Call the dispatch office at:
Be prepared to share your personal information:
• Name, address, and date of birth (new rider)
• Current phone number
• Appointment date, time and location
Call the dispatch office 24 hours in advance before 2 P.M.
After 2 P.M. please leave a message with other request, name, and number so dispatcher can return your call.
Messages left for next day pick up will not be scheduled
All request for pick-up must be confirmed by a call back by dispatch
Rides are scheduled on a first come first serve basis
Request for same day rides or modifications to schedule are not allowed
Public fare $1.00
30 day pass $20.00
30 days are counted from the date of purchase.
SNPT policy- payment of transit fares are due upon boarding the vehicle. Transactions are recorded and monitored daily. If a passenger does not pay their fare or show driver their PASS at the time of barding the vehicle, this is considered a NO PAY. A passenger who exhibits a pattern of excessive NO PAYS will be subjected to suspension of services in accordance with the procedures policy.
