ALCOHOL SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote a drug free lifestyle for all ages for a healthy community. Provide support, resources, and communication designed to meet the needs of Our People; the Seminole Nation, and our community while saving lives.


SERVICES
Intake & Admission Assessments (SASSI Only)
1. S.A.S.S.I - Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory
2. A.S.I - Addiction Severity Index Transportation for A.S.A.P. clients to and from treatment facilities meetings, court, etc.
3. Referrals to short & long term Residential Treatment Care, Detox Centers, and Half-way houses.
4. Outreach to provide Prevention and Education on Substance Abuse Issues.
5. Treatment Planning
6. Individual Planning
7. Group Counseling
8. Aftercare

S.A.S.S.I & A.S.I. Are assessment tools used to determine the level of treatment placement.
