"NEW" ARPA Clothing Assistance Program

On June 4, 2022 The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma General Council approved TO 2022-05, a Tribal Ordinance which authorized an initial appropriation of $2,250,000.00 of the funds received from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 to the Seminole Nation Judgement Fund Program for the purposes of the School Clothing Program.

Paper applications are available outside the Judgment Fund office or can be requested by phone.

The ARPA Clothing Program has the exact same guidelines as the Judgment Fund Clothing Program. PLEASE READ GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION. The benefit amount is $200 per tribal student age 4 (Pre-school) through 12th grade.

RELEASE of ARPA Clothing Program Applications will begin July 1, 2022.

The Judgment Fund will be accepting the ARPA Clothing application(s) starting AUGUST 1ST - SEPTEMBER 30TH. No Exceptions.

Applications can be mailed or placed in the application drop slot next to the Judgment Fund office door. ALL Current Tribal clothing participants will used the SAME Clothing Card that was issued to the student. If your clothing card is expired, another Clothing card will be issued at no cost. If Clothing card(s) are lost or stolen, a $15.00 fee will be deducted from the award amount.

If a student is new to the program, you will need to provide with the ARPA Clothing Program COPIES ONLY of the following:
(PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL CARDS. THE JUDGMENT FUND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST CARDS SEND BY US MAIL)
1. Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Tribal Enrollment card (front & back copies)
2. Certificate Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card


RECEIPTS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED.

ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE MONITORED for misuse or non-compliance. Grantees may be placed on suspension and will not be eligible to receive a clothing grant or any other grant from the Judgment Fund Programs for the upcoming year.

IF YOU DO NOT USE THE CLOTHING CARD ISSUED FOR CLOTHING PURCHASES AND CHARGE CLOTHING COST(s) TO THE SEMINOLE NATION OF OKLAHOMA - YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CLOTHING PROGRAM UNTIL ALL CHARGES ARE PAID TO THE STORE(S) AND PROOF OF PAYMENT IS PRESENTED TO THE JUDGMENT FUND OFFICE

Use Visa Clothing issued to the student for all clothing purchases.
