NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS


Seminole Nation Public Transit (SNPT) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants for preparation of Short-Range Transit Plan. In particular, the plan will focus on improved service delivery, lowering operational costs, analyzing capital investments, outreach and location, improved passenger safety, and the development of alternative service models to the existing transit system.

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at the above address until 1200 p.m., May 17, 2022. Proposals must be clearly marked "SNPT Short Range Transit Plan".

All proposals and related documents shall be subject to a federal financial assistance agreement with SNPT, pursuant to the Federal Transit Act, as amended, and terms and conditions established under that Act would apply. All offerors will be required to certify that they are not on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors.

SNPT hereby notifies all offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

No qualified disabled person shall, based on disability, be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity leading to the award of contract.

SNPT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
